“My mission is to redefine disability healthcare through progressive, forward thinking strategies that deliver what I call the ‘un-disability’ experience - a sector that’s not just functional, but desirable, respected, and driven by true innovation.”
Healthcare Innovator | Occupational Therapist | Caretech AI Leader
Kezia scaled Staying Independent from a one-woman startup to an internationally awarded provider in just 14 months. Driven by curiosity and efficiency, she focuses on finding solutions rather than problems.
With a background in advertising and marketing, Kezia transitioned into healthcare, earning a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. Her extensive experience spans public health, palliative care, occupational therapy, and healthcare management. At St Vincent’s Hospital, she chaired the Youth Advisory Board and contributed to COVID-19 policy development.
Combining clinical training with sharp business acumen, Kezia created the Integrated Outcomes Model™, redefining NDIS care from static support to dynamic collaboration. This unique model is the first to effectively unite all stakeholders involved in a participant's plan, directly addressing and overcoming inefficiencies in care delivery.
Kezia also holds exclusive Australian rights to Conover Online, a groundbreaking tool measuring previously unmeasurable outcomes, setting new standards in evidence-based care. Her research on implementing Conover will be presented internationally in Denver, Colorado, in October 2025.
Kezia consults with providers embedding her model and leads an innovative Staying Independent team committed to transforming disability care. In late 2025, she will launch LearnAble AI, a proprietary technology suite designed to scale and reshape care delivery.
